Via our live map on the online platform or via the 'Laadpaal App', you can find charging stations, navigate to them and check their live status and availability.
Yes, this is definitely possible if you activate the Interoperability option. With interoperability, you can make use of charging stations of different operators in Belgium and abroad. Please note that not all countries have sufficient public charging stations available yet. Before travelling, try to find out where you can charge your car abroad. You can use the ‘Laadpaal App' from LastMileSolutions. Through this application you can find all charging stations at home and abroad where you can charge your car.
PLEASE NOTE: Some CPO's apply different rates. So be sure to check the prices per kWh before you start charging publicly.
If the registration form does not accept your VAT number, it is probably because the VAT number was entered in the wrong format. The form will only accept the format recognised by the VIES norms.
If, as a company, you do not succeed in entering the VAT number in the form, you can still create a private account and add the VAT number in the comments section.
To do this, you must contact your fleet manager or the person in charge of the company's fleet. This person will be able to inform you about the application process for a new charging card.
