Update (24/07/2023):  Luxembourg energy group "Encevo" will take over the Powerdale management platform. The operation of the platform and billing is thus guaranteed. Pluginvest customers who have a smartcable can therefore continue to use it as normal. Billing will be arranged automatically by Encevo.  Read more here 

As communicated in the industry media, you may also have seen that Powerdale, the supplier of Smart Cables, has filed for bankruptcy.

We are in direct communication with Powerdale to ensure continuity of our service. They have confirmed their commitment to this. We have already taken some measures to ensure maximum continuity, so there is no immediate impact for our customers. Not even for the reimbursement of expenses bills for June and July 2023.

You may also have seen in the press that a transferee has been found for the activities relating to charge pile facilitation. We will always keep our Smart Cable customers informed of further developments on this through regular updates in the coming weeks. You can also always check this blog article for regular updates.
